Southern winter

Hi there! Long time no see... I know, I know, I have dissappeard shamelessly and left you alone in the dark waiting for another enlightening post about fashion and style. How modest of me, huh! :D Not the best way to introduce a request of a favor, although that is exactly what I would like to do here - please!..
Please help me pick the set of clothes for a 4 days getaway to the south of France these days. To take into account - the weather seams to be rainy, it's only sunny on Thursday, when I arrive. Then it's rain rain rain and around 12 degrees. The minimum necessary outfits are 1 for travel, 1 semi-formal and 1 for walking around and look gorgeous.
So here are the variants I sketched with my favorite Polyvore. Which one do you think is more suitable and stylish at the same time?

Приветик! Давненько не виделись... Знаю знаю, пропала без стыда и совести, оставила вас одних на произвол судьбы в ожидании просветления в вопросах моды и стиля. Скромняшка, а? =D Не самое лучшее вступление для просьбы, которая у меня к вам вообще-то имеется. 
Поможииите пожааалуйста... Надо определиться, в чем ехать на 4 дня на юг Франции... Буквально в конце этой недели. Стоит принять во внимание - погода дождливая, солнце только в день приезда, а дальше мокро и около 12 градусов. Мне минимум нужен 1 наряд на дорогу, 1 полу-солидный и 1 в котором можно гулять и выглядеть потрясающе.
Итак вот 4 варианта которые я набросала в своем любимом Polyvore. Какой по-вашему наиболее подходящий и стильный в то же время?

1. I think in this and the next the boots won't survive the promissed amount of rain.

Мне кажется в этом и следующем варианте, ботинки не переживут лужи.

2. Very similar set, but instead of the sweater (the color is very trendy today) I suggest the chunky cardigan, which might be quite warm for the south, in fact. But the striped top is so very french, don't you think?

Похожий набор, но вместо свитера (цвет сейчас трендовый) я думаю о кофте грубой вязки, в которой вообще-то может быть довольно жарко. А полосатый топ такой французский, правда?

3. This one is probably my favorite. Over-the-knee boots - in trend and suitable for the weather forecast. The tops go with all the bottoms and I look forward to an occasion to wear my faux-leather dress...

К этому я склоняюсь больше всего. Высокие сапоги и в тренде и выстоят дождь. А топы подойдут ко всем низам. И в платье этом хочется хорошенько по-щеголять.

4. Another variation, with another skirt I like, but without the sweater - swapped it again for the chuncky cardigan and added the denim shirt that can create great combinations with the skirt and the dress.

Ну и еще вариация, с другой любимой юбкой, но снова без свитера. Добавила джинсовую рубашку. Из нее могут получиться интересные комбинации с юбками и платьем.

Downdress palazzo

Hi there! So I've got this idea that my Mango palazzo pants have been staying in the closet for too long. But the thing is that I really have trouble daring to wear them to the office because I think they are a little too dressy. If I wear them with a flowy blouse, I feel like I need some diamonds to finish the look. So here is the assignment: downdress Mango palazzo trousers - isn't it fascinating? :) So here is what I came up with. The first 2 are more or less looks that I can reproduce with my wardrobe (the trousers are exactly like mine). The jacket from the third set is gorgeous and does the job perfectly. Love it and hope to find it in store.

Приветик! Стало мне казаться, что мои широкие брюки от Mango залежались в шкафу. Но дело в том, что для офиса они мне кажутся слишком нарядными. Если я одеваю с ними блузку, то мне кажется что не хватает только бриллиантов. И родилась идея: надо разнарядить брюки - как вам задачка? :) И вот что я напридумала. Первые два образа вполне можно повторить с моим гардеробом (брюки прямо мои). В 3-ем сете курточка замечательная, и отлично справляется с заданием. Надеюсь найду ее в магазине как-нибудь.

The general conclusion - combine with a t-shirt or sweater and with denim. And if the length is ok - sneakers work the best! What is your style for palazzo pants?

Общий вывод - сочетать надо с футболкой или свитером и с джинсой. А если позволяет длинна - нет ничего лучше чем кеды! А вы бы как носили такие брюки?

Colorblind on Friday

Another Friday, another plan. Remember the skirt from this post? Well I plan to wear it today again :) I was looking for similar skirt on Polyvore, to make up the set but found a ton of interesting ones and none plain grey of similar silhouette. So I selected 6 of the skirts I liked and put them here. I'm inspired by the 1st one.

Сегодня опять собираюсь ее одеть :) Искала похожую юбку на Polyvore, чтобы сделать сет, но нашла много других интересных, а просто серой нужного силуэта нет. Поэтому я выбрала 6 юбок которые могли бы вдохновить. А для себя отметила первую - прикольная :) 

As for the set - as usual, day on the right, night on the left. Would you wear it?

Summer is in town

Hi all! There's been a hot day through all the cold ones that we've had lately. I don't wear this dress very often. I'm rather doubtful about it's functionality. But every time I do it's just so sweet and nice that I don't give up on it.

Привет всем! Выдался жаркий денек в кое веке, среди всех холодных последних дней. Это платье я ношу не очень часто. Смешаные чувства о его функциональности. Но каждый раз как его одеваю, оно такое милое и симпатичное, что я от него не отказываюсь.

And a bonus - me with no makeup. No makeup at all :)

Hi there! Long time no see! Have been busy having guests at our house. My sister came with her family for vacation, so got all busy and didn't have time for regular updates. But now I'm back and have some more outfits to show.

You might say pictures in a mall is so cliched. And who goes to a mall wearing pumps anyway!? Well, I will tell you that in this city (as much as I love it) these suede pumps can only be worn to a place with perfectly flat polished floor, such as a mall. Otherwise, they might be ruined 10 minutes after I get out of the house. Also I will tell you that I could have used more light for these photos, really...

Привет всем! Давненько я пропала. У нас были гости. Приехала сестра с семейством, так что не было времени для регулярных обновлений. Но теперь я вернулась и мне есть что вам показать.

Вы скажете что фотографии в торговом центре это клише, и вообще кто ходит в торговый центр на таких каблуках! Но я вам отвечу, что в этом городе, пусть я его и люблю, но в замшевых лодочках на высоком каблуке можно выйти только в место с ровным полированым полом, таким как в торговом центре. Иначе туфли можно отправлять на свалку через 10 минут после выхода.
